• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. For bank transfers, the minimum is ৳1,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket must be made using the same name and mobile number registered on your q999 account.
• KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. Once verified, you will not need to go through the process again.
• If q999 suspects a fraudulent transaction, it may temporarily place a hold on any withdrawal and request additional information.
• Any attempt to commit fraud through chargebacks or bank disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

Separate terms apply to all q999 bonuses and promotions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. Here's what you generally need to know:
